The Academies of the World Sports Alliance IGO (“Alliance”) are modern boarding schools and sports-training centers for student athletes aged 14–18. Each Academy features education, dormitories, medical and training facilities, plus a mini stadium equipped for major events. By 2030, Academies will be established across all 34 Member-States of the Alliance.
 
The International Academy* will directly oversees this network, introducing a breakthrough model that combines global competitions (Alliance Games), world-class facilities (Academies), fully funded scholarships (Scholarships), and structured talent and career management (Sports Agency) into a single ecosystem. This framework was designed to create a sustainable, scalable, and self-funded ecosystem to advance both education and international sports development.
 
A central innovation in this model is the Nektar Global Rights (NGR). Unlike conventional sponsorships, the NGR provides to its owner exclusive, perpetual, and tradable rights to name Academies, competitions, programs, events, means of transports, and merchandising across all existing and future territories.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the holder of the NGR also has first right of negotiation on every future opportunities, the option to use different names in different territories, facilities or projects and, he can trade the rights at any time, for any reason.

Perpetual, flexible and tradable. The NGR is designed to adapt to evolving market conditions and, to meet the near term and future needs of its owner. 

SUMARY OF PURPOSE : Global Rights to be issued to name the International Academy, all national Academies, Games and Scholarships as well as all related competitions, programs, events and initiatives organized by the World Sports Alliance in the territory of its Member-States and at the international level.

DISTRIBUTION POLICY & RESTRICTIONS : Auction proceeds to be distributed to the ASP2030 FUND ("ASP2030F") who shall distribute its funds exclusively to the Implementation Committee of the Alliance ("ICA"). Funds received by the ICA may only be used in favour of the ASP2030.
