Nektar maintains the new-tar.ch website (“web site”) as a courtesy to those who may choose to access the web site. By using the web site and other services offered by Nektar, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions cover all visits of the web site and potential, present and future membership features provided by Nektar, individually and collectively referred to as the “Service”. These Terms and Conditions do not cover the use of the Nektar Terminal or the Services offered to members of the International Business Consortium (IBC) which are provided separately.

If you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity, its affiliates and all users who access the Service through your account to these Terms and Conditions. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, the jurisdiction of the Swiss Federal Court being expressly reserved.
